At Laabi Perfume, every product is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.
Due to the nature of fragrances, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy to ensure product authenticity and hygiene.

2. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, with original packaging intact

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Orders where the fragrance is not liked or does not match expectation
  • Products without original packaging
  • Discounted or promotional items (if applicable)

4. Important Hygiene Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, perfumes are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

Fragrance is a personal product, and once opened, it cannot be resold or reused.
We strongly recommend trying our 2ml testers before purchasing full-size bottles.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Share:
  • Order ID
  • Clear images of the product
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for claim approval)

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.

6. Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
  • Unboxing video
  • Clear images of received items

Claims without proper proof may not be processed.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued for approved cases (damaged/incorrect items)
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

8. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only applicable for damaged or incorrect products
  • Replacement will be processed after verification
  • If the product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store credit

9. Return Shipping

  • In approved cases (damage/wrong item), we may arrange pickup or guide you through the process
  • Laabi Perfume is not responsible for items lost during return transit if self-shipped without tracking

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
